1. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payments made in error.
• Technical issues that prevent access to purchased digital products or scheduled coaching sessions.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Digital products (eBooks, courses, templates) once downloaded or accessed.
• Coaching sessions that have been delivered or partially attended.

2. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a scheduled coaching session at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid charges.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be considered late and are non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), we may review and approve refunds or rescheduling at our discretion.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

For mobile money or card payments, processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
