Welcome to the Teaching and Thriving Hub

"Reading Kasonde Changufu's flipbook, A Zambian's Journey Teaching and Thriving in China. A wonderfully written guidebook based on personal experience. Extremely practical and inspiring for those seeking to leave their comfort-zones, find meaning, self-growth and new horizons! Totally worth it!"

"This book is an eye-opener for any Zambian planning to move to China, or any non-English speaking country. It offers a deeply personal and inspiring perspective on the real opportunities that await those willing to step outside their comfort zones. If you're curious, anxious, or even just dreaming about life beyond Zambia, this book is your guide and motivator."

"I think that it is very well written and informative on several fronts. You give the reader so many great insights into what living in a country like China is like for a foreigner. All the advice you share is invaluable. For Zambians (or Africans) it is most helpful to hear directly from another African about how to avoid certain pitfalls... Your book will be an essential resource."

"Your book was a page turner. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. I appreciate the fact that it offered practical advice as well as personal experiences. I would say overall the book is extremely helpful and gives one a good idea of what the process is like and what they can expect. It is very clear and easy to read."
